Can I be denied for a pre-existing condition?
Not on an ACA Marketplace plan. Marketplace plans cannot refuse coverage or charge more because of a pre-existing condition.
How do Marketplace savings work?
Based on your expected household income, you may qualify for a premium tax credit that lowers your monthly premium. Some people choosing Silver plans also qualify for lower deductibles and copays.
I'm self-employed. What are my options?
Individual and family plans, including Marketplace plans where income-based savings may apply. Davis finds a plan that fits how your income works.
Can I keep my doctor?
It depends on each plan's network. Share your doctors' names and Davis checks which plans include them before you choose.
When is Open Enrollment for 2027 coverage?
November 1, 2026 to January 15, 2027 in states that use HealthCare.gov, including Florida. Enroll by December 15 for coverage that starts January 1.
I missed Open Enrollment. Now what?
Losing other coverage, moving, getting married or having a baby can open a Special Enrollment Period, usually for 60 days. Davis can tell you quickly whether you qualify.
Can my kids stay on my plan?
Children can generally stay on a parent's health plan until they turn 26.
